We recommend ordering your gown at least 8-12 months before your wedding. This allows ample time for production, delivery, and any necessary alterations.

Our price Range is between $1350 and $4500 with the majority of designs in the $2000s. 

Yes, we encourage you to take photos during your appointment. It can be helpful to review them afterward when making your final decision. Just keep in mind that the lighting in our boutique might differ from other environments.

If you’re running late, please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your estimated arrival time. We will do our best to accommodate the delay, but please note that it may affect the length of your appointment.

We understand that it’s sometimes necessary to bring children or babies with you. While we are happy to accommodate them, please be aware that their presence can be disruptive to the appointment. If possible, we recommend arranging alternative childcare to ensure you can fully focus on finding your perfect gown. If you do bring children or babies, we kindly ask that they are supervised at all times.

Our boutique offers a personalized, one-on-one service tailored to your individual needs. We focus on creating a stress-free and enjoyable experience where your vision and preferences are our top priority. 

Absolutely! We encourage brides to bring ideally two to three and no more than four guests who understand and support their vision.  This keeps the focus on you while still allowing you to share the experience with loved ones.

Yes, we kindly request that brides avoid using fake tan if possible, as it can stain our dresses. This helps us maintain the quality and appearance of our gowns for all brides. 

Yes, we have no problem with brides wearing makeup on the day of their appointment. We want you to feel comfortable and confident during your visit.

We carry a range of sample sizes in our boutique, typically from size 10 to 22. However, we can order gowns in a wide variety of sizes to suit your needs. Our goal is to ensure that every bride feels comfortable and confident during her appointment, regardless of size.

Yes, we offer a selection of wedding accessories and veils that complement our gowns. During your appointment, you can explore these options to find pieces that enhance your overall bridal look.

We understand that trying on wedding gowns can be an emotional experience, and it’s common to feel self-conscious or overwhelmed. Please know that our boutique is a safe and supportive space where you can express your feelings openly. Our consultants are here to offer encouragement and make you feel comfortable. We recommend wearing nude undergarments and bringing any specific shapewear or shoes you plan to wear on your wedding day. This will help you get a better idea of how each gown will look and feel. 

Yes, we have a very experienced alterations lady to recommend to ensure your gown fits perfectly. She is a very skilled seamstresses who will work closely with you to make any necessary adjustments.

We require a 50% deposit when you place your order, with the balance due upon delivery. We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Since our gowns are made-to-order and customized to each bride, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We encourage brides to be confident in their decision before placing an order. However, our team is here to assist you throughout the entire process to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your choice.

If you’re uncertain about the style of gown you want, don’t worry! Our experienced consultants are here to help you explore different styles and find what best suits your vision and body type. Feel free to bring inspiration photos or describe your ideas, and we’ll guide you through the options.

Most of our gowns are made-to-order to ensure a perfect fit. However, we always have sample gowns available for purchase off the rack. If you’re interested in an immediate purchase, please let us know, and we can discuss available options.

The process begins with a private one-on-one consultation where you’ll discuss your vision, preferences, and any ideas you have. We’ll then help you try on a selection of gowns to find the style that suits you best. Once you’ve chosen your gown, we’ll take your measurements to ensure a perfect fit and place the order. After your gown arrives, 4-6 months, you will be notified of its arrival and encouraged to make another appointment to try your dress on and be guided through the alterations process, if any adjustments are required.  Alterations are done off site, locally. We’ll guide you through each step to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
